Wellington, This Daly?. It is expected tih'at the first ballot for the Second [Division will taike place during the last week in October. Class '"A" will provide two if not three ballots. In the First Divifioln 7075 names will remain. lit is expected that the amending Bill will ahate the necessity for calling them up by ballot.
