[PBB PRESS ASSOCIATION.] THE LIQUOR TRAFFIC. Wellington, This Day. The Efficiency Board lias made a separate report on tlie liquor trade for presentation to Parliament. The document is now in the hands of the Government. It is understood that the Board's recommendations are most drastic and far-reaching. The Board expresses the opinion that all hotel bars should bo closed altogether for tho period of the war and six months afterwards, and that liotelkeepers should receive compensation for losses sustained.
