Farm . Roots and Vegetables — There were some splendid exhibits of vegetables at the recent National Dairy Show held at Pa liners ton CN'orth. Th© carrots, parsnips, onions and celery were especially fine, and in fact tlie quality of the veyetables was much above the average. 111 the field carrots were probably the finest ever shown in New Zealand, many of the roots being more like mangels than carrots. Theso were 'mostly grown; from Cooper's Seeds. There were roots of Cooper's "Matchless White" shown, weighing twelve pounds, very firm in texture and fine in quality. Mr T. Webb, who was one of the leading prize-takers, wrote us saying, "I had the greatest success with the produce of Cooper's Seeds at the winfier show, where I secured twenty-nine prizes. I cannot speak too highly an praise of Cooper's Seeds, they certainly prove to be the 'Seeds of Success' with me." 'Mr A. Passey, Poliangina, one of the leading prizeta'kers in the farm-root section, also spea;ks in terms of the highest praise of Cooper's Seeds. iMost of the principal prizotakers in iNew Zealand use Cooper's Seeds 'because they are the most critical buyers and insist upon having quality. It it well to remember this when buying your seeds. The reasons are to he ifound 011 every bag and packet. Cooper's Seeds are obtainable from the principal merchants and seedsmen in all parts of New Zealand, but it is necessary to he suire that you really obtain Cooper's Seeds—the "Seeds of Success." • G9
