NEW ZEALAND RAILWAYS. COAL SAVING. THE Restrictions regarding the conveyance of certain classes of goods will be lifted as from Monday, 7th May, 1917. . So as to avoid congestion by a sudden rush of traffic consignors are advised that although all classes of traffic will be accepted the train service is still limited, and it is therefore essental that they should not rush all goods on order to railway, stations at once, but regulate tho flow of business so as to assist the Department and avoid delays in finally disposing of traffic.
