"[VTOTIOE is hereby given that an extraordinary meeting of the above company will be held at • the Century Hall, (Levin, on Friday, the 20th day of April, 1917, at 1 o'clock in the afternoon, when the subjoined resolution which was passed at the extraordinary meeting of the company held on the 4th day of April, 1917, will be submitted for confirmation as a special resolution. And notice is hereby also given that at the same place and on the same day at 1.30 o'clock in the afternoon or so soon afterwards as the Extraordriary General Meeting shall be concluded a General Meeting will be held( in substitution for the lapsed Ordiinary Meeting convened for the 19th clay of July, 1916) for the purpose (1) of placing before members the reports and accounts, which would have been submitted to the July meeting if a quorum had been present and (2) of electing auditors. SPECIAL RESOLUTION ABOVE REFERRED TO. That the regulations contained in the printed document submitted to the Meeting and for the purpose of identification subscribed by the chairman thereof, be and the same are hereby approved, and that such regulations be and they are hereby adopted as the Articles of the Company to the exclusion of and in substitution for all the existing Articles thereof.
