BOROUGH ELECTIONS.
(To the Editorl. Sir,—l hear there is a "ticket" for the council elections to be held next Wednesday. AVhat does it stand for? No one Beems to know who is who just now.' Do any of the unknown- men intend to give the public their views? and what they intend to vote against as well as for? Or will Ibe obliged next Wednesday to vote for the only four sitting councillors who are again offering themselves, rather than vote on the blind?— Yours, etc., EXPRESS YOUR VIEWS
