TECS OUETVHN COOPERATIVE (DAIRY COMPIANY ' ]\JOTIOE is hereby given that an •extraordinary meeting of tin* above company will be held at the Century Hall, iLevin, on Friday, the ■20th day of April, 1917, at 1 o'clock in the afternoon, when the subjoined resolution which was passed at the extraordinary meeting of the company held on the 4th day of April, 1917, will be submitted for confirmation as a special resolution. And notice is hereby also given that at the same place and on the same day at 1.30 o'clock 'in the afternoon or so soon afterwards as the Extraordinary General Meeting shall, be concluded a General Meeting will be held( in substitution for thei lapsed 1 Ordinary Meeting convened for the 19th day of July, 1916) for the purpose (1) of placing before members the reports and accounts, which would have been submitted to the July meeting if a quorum had been, present and (2) of electing auditors. SPECIAL RESOLUTION ABOVE REFERRED TO. That the regulations contained in the printed document submitted to the Meeting and for the purpose of identification subscribed by the chairman thereof, be and the same are hereby approved, and that such regulations be and they are hereby adopted as the Articles of the Company to the exclusion of and in substitution for all the existing Articles thereof. 3>ated this 10th day of April, 1917.
