TAKE F LENTYOF TIME TO EAT. There is a saying that "Rapid eating is slow suicide." If y<> u have formed the habit of eating too rapidly you are most likely suffering from indigestion or constipation, which will result ov-entally in serious illness corrected. Digestion begins in the mouth. Food should be thoroughly masticated and insalivated. Then when you have a fullness of the stomach or feel dull and stupid after eating, take one of Chamberlain's Tables for the stomach and liver.
