Rifle Shooting

LEVIN CLUB v. SHANNON CLUB. On Saturday ,17t.h March the Levin Defence Rifle Club journeyed to Shannon to fire a return match with the club there. The weather was all that a sportsman could wish for, with just enough wind to make shooting interesting. During the afternoon the Shannon club treated the visitors to lunch on the range, and altogether a very enjoyable afternoon was spent. Levin team won by the narrow margin of four points :— LEVIN.
