"PURSUANT to section 13 of the Municipal Coroporations Amendment Act, 1913, it is hereby notified that a petition, in accordance with regulations, signed by not Jess than onefifth of tho electors of tilie area described in the Schedule hereto, has been presented to His Excellency the .Governor, praying that the said area may be constituted a borough under the Muncipal Corporations Act, 1908, by name the Borough of Shannon. All persons affected are hereby called upon to lodge any written objections to or petitions against the proposed constitution within one month from tho first publication of this notice.
