J'UBLIO NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance of the powers vested in it in that behalf by> Section 16' of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913," the Horowhenua County Council at a Special Meeting held on the 10th day of February, 1917, adopted a SPECIAL ORDER authorizing the raising of a loan of £300 for the purpost of bridge construction in the Makahika Bridge Special Rating District, the 'cost of raising such loan to be paid out of the loan. A copy of the Special Order (which will be submitted for confirmation at a meeting of the Horowhenua County Council to be lield on the 10th day of -March, 1917) together with a description of the boundaries of the "abovementionedl Special Rating District) may be inspected at the County Office, Levin, during office hours.
