|3 UIUS UANT to section 13 of the " Municipal Ccroporations" Amendment Act, 1913, it is hereby notified that a petition, in accordance- with regulations, signed by not less than onefifth of the electors of the area described in the Schedule hereto, has been presented to His Exoellency the Governor, praying that the said area may be constituted a borough under the Muucipal Corporations Act, 1908, by name the Borough of Shannon.
