"PURSUANT to section 13 of the Municipal Corporations Amend- f ' merit Act, 1913, it is hereby notified " ' that a. petition, in accordance ■ with regulations, signed by not less than onefifth of th© elector® of the area described in the Schedule hereto, has been presented to His Exoellency the Governor, praying that the said area may be constituted a borough under 1 the Muncipal Corporation's Act, 1908, by name the Borough of Shannon. All persons affected are hereby called upon to lodge any written objections to or petitions againfet the proposed constitution within <bne rtionth from the first publication of this notice.
