The Manawatu Racing Club, in continuance of its policy of distributing its profits to deserving objects during the war period, decided last night to make the following alocations:— Salivation Army '£11000 Y.1.M.0.A. 500 Geza Home, Cairo. 100 War Contingent Association, •London • 250 Martin Memorial Fund 100 Overseas Tobacco Fund ... 25 Expeditionary Force Tobacco Fund ' 25 Total. £2000
