Petrogrnd, O'ct. 15. The following official communique was issued here to-day :—
In the Blaolc Sea, near the Bosporus, our submarine Tyulen, commanded by Naval Lieutenant Gititz'in, after an unequal fight which lasted an hour with the 6,0C0-ton Turkish armed transport Rodosto, commanded by German officers, seized this vessel, and, despite damage received in the eourso of the fight, took it to Sevastopol. —tßeuter.
