BARTHOLOMEW ROAD.
(To The Editor.) Sir,—'Was pleased to see "Heatherlea's" reference to the disgraceful state of Bartholomew road. No better evidcnco is wanted of the gross neglect of the Council than the continuation of the road under the jurisdiction of the County Council (.Fairfield")—metalled at the same time and is now like a billiard table.—l am, etc. SPEARMINT.
