POST OFFICE THURSDAY, March 25: This office will be open for • business from 7 p.ni. to S, p.m. in addition to the hours usually observed on a Thursday. GOOD FRIDAY, March 26: Closed all day. No mails will be despatched or received. SATURDAY, March 27: Closed all day. Mails will be despatched and received as usual. EASTER MONDAY, March 29: Closed all day. Mails for Dunedin and Invercargill will close at 7.30 a.in. and the street receivers will be cleared at the usual hour. TELEGRAPH OFFICE GOOD FRIDAY, closed all day. SATURDAY: Telegrams may be presented at the back door between 9 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. EASTER MONDAY, closed all day. TELEPHONE EXCHANGE GOOD FRIDAY: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. SATURDAY; Open as usual. SUNDAY: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EASTER MONDAY; 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. MAIL NOTICES The closing time for mails for Dunedin, Invercargill, Gore and Lumsden will be advanced to 7.30 a.m. from Thursday, March 25 to Wednesday, March 31, both days inclusive. Mails received on Easter Monday will not be sorted until the following morning. EVENING COUNTER ATTENDANCE This office will be open for the acceptance of telegrams between 7 p.m; and 7.30 p.m. from Monday, March 22 until Friday April 2.
