NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Council proposes at its meeting to be held on THURSDAY, 11th March, 1948, to consider a motion to apply to the Local Government Loans Board for its sanction to the borrowing of, the sum of £4500, for the purpose of purchasing land and buildings for the accommodation of employees of the Council. The security for such loan shall be a special rate of one twelfth (l/12th) of a penny in the £ on the rateable capital value of all rateable property in the County of Lake. Any person having any objection to the proposed application is called upon to submit the same in writing to the Lake County Council not later than the day preceding the said meeting.
