Arrowtown News OBITUARY

MR WILLIAM WARRING

. Mr William Warring an old resident of Arrowtown died in Gore recently at the age of 63 years, after being in / ill-health for sometime. The 20 years he lived in Arrow he worked for the late Mr William Reid as a fellow miller. He was a prominent member of the bowling and football clubs and along with members of his family he supplied the music for many dances and was always willing to assist at concerts. He has been away from Arrow for a number of years and the family were much missed when they left for Gore. The late Mr Warring leaves a wife, six daughters and one son to mourn the loss of a loving husband and father.
