Morris are at present on a motor tour of the West Coast. * ♦ * Mr L. M. Farrant, headmaster of the local school, and Mrs Farrant returned to Wanaka last week-end. * * * Miss A. Nicol, of the local school staff, also returned from holiday last week. % * * The Misses Mill have returned to Port Chalmers after spending an extended holiday in their Wanaka residence. ♦ * * Miss Ngaire Wilson left last week for Training College at Dunedin after spending the vacation with her parents, Mr and Mrs A. Wilson. » * * Mrs McDiarmid and family returned to Oamaru last week after spending an extended camping holiday at Glendu Bay. * * * Mrs H. S. Ross and family returned to Dunedin last week after spending an extended camping holiday at Glendu Bay. # * * Mr and Mrs A. McKegg have been visiting Dunedin where Mr McKegg attended the South African War Veterans’ reunion.
