Local Bowlers’ Success Timaru Tournament The Cromwell Bowling! Club were capably represented at the Timaru Bowling Tournament held at Timaru last week when in the Singles championship Mr A. B. Pearson was the winner and Dr R. E. Austin was fourth. After losing one of his two lives to Mr Howe, Mr Alex. Pearson, defeated him in the finals and was the winner of the Singles Championship. The Semi-finalists Pearson, Howe, Rippin and Austin. Finalists Pearson 21, beat Howe 15.
