Wanaka Defeats Queenstown Queenstown cricketers visited Wanaka on Sunday to play a match against the local club and the game resulted in a win for Wanaka by 163 runs to 98 runs. Best batsmen for Queenstown were: Britham 28, Sconel 21, J. Muir 12 and A. Lonsdale 11, and for Wanaka R. Trevathan 47, W. Ironside 25, J. Trevathan 16, and H. Harris 19. The best bowler for Queenstown was Britham and for Wanaka W. Ironside.
