THIS WEEK’S RECIPE
CHEESE BALLS 1 cup grated cheese. I tablespoon flour. A teaspoon salt. Piueh of cayenne. ] egg white (stiffly beaten). Mix seasoning, flour and cheese, then beat into beaten egg white. Mix well and form into small balls. Fry in deep fat till golden brown. Serve with crisp bacon and lettuce mayonnaise.
