N.Z. Representative Tennis Player Gives.. Display at Clyde

Robson, Otago and New Zealand representative tennis player, gave a delighted crowd a display of tennis last Saturday at Clyde when he played Green in the Singles, and with Guy in the Doubles played Pearce and Green. Green is the top player for University in Dunedin. Robson’s air shots, such as his smashing and volleying were loudly applauded by the crowd. This performance was one of the first displays of First Grade tennis seen in Central for some years and it is expected the local tennis should now gain impetus and experience as a result.
