Man Injured When Horse Falls and Rolls
Extensive injuries were suffered by Maurice .Anderson at Cardrona last Wednesday, when his horse fell and rolled on him. He was admitted to the Cromwell Hospital where his condition is now reported to be satisfactory. The accident occurred while Anderson was riding on the hill above the homestead,. His brother heard his call for help but it was some time before he could be moved as a sledge had to be brought from the homestead to convey him down the hill. He was then taken to the Cromwell Hospital.
