An Idea for Using Sour Milk Sour Milk “ Curds ” are excellent with stewed fruit or with jam tarts. Heat tlu i sour milk until it separates, hut do not boil it. Then tie a piece of muslin over a basin and pour the milk in gently. Leave until the “curds” are, well drained, hut do not allow them to get too dry. then turn them into a basin and mix with sugar and vanilla essence to taste. The " whey,” that is the liquid, may be used to mix cakes or'scones.
