R.S.A. ANNUAL BALL
Residents from all parts of the district were present at Arrowtown R.S.A. annual hall held at the end of last •month. The hall was decorated for the occasion with coloured streamers, coloured lights, evergreens, and the association’s emblem. A Grand March was led off by the president, Mr G. Douglas, and Miss R. Dagg, 50 couples following. A lucky spot waltz was won by Mr A. Reid and Miss J. Inder and a Monte Carlo by Mr A. L. Snell and Mrs Chalmers. McNamara’s Gaiety Rand supplied the music and Mr R. R. Scott!, of Gihhston, was master of ceremonies.
