ORANGE PUDDING Bring to boil 1 pint of water and 1 good tablespoon of butter. Beat up 2 egg yolks, 1| tablespoons cornflour, grated rind and juice of 2 oranges and \ cup of sugar and add to the boiling water arid butter. Cook a little. See that there are no lumps at all. Fold in whites beaten stiff with 4ozs castor sugar. Put into pie dish. Bake lightly in slow oven till pale brown.
