WANAKA GOLF
The annual general meeting of the Wanaka Golf Club was held on Thursday, October 9, when Mr H. Harris presided. The president referred to the very successful season that the club had enjoyed and the satisfactory financial position considering that the club had the additional expense of setting out five new holes to complete an improved 18-hole course. The election of office-bearers for the ensuing year resulted as follows: — President, Mr H. Harris; vice-presi-dent, Mr G. Morris; secretary, Mr LTarrant; treasurer, Mr T. Jackson; captain, Mr T.
