MEETING The monthly meeting of the R.S.A. was held in the Wanaka Hall last Monday evening. The two chief items under discussion were State houses and a regular supply of fresh milk for the district. Several returned servicemen are unable to obtain a house, and the members of the association feel that some assistance should be given to them, as the housing shortage is just as acute in Wanaka as in other districts. Regarding the milk supply, there has been no regular supply for the district for some years, and with tinned milk being in short supply, the position is far from satisfactory. Air W. Mawson presided.
