THIS WEEK’S RECIPE
SAVOUKY POTATOES
Choose large firm potatoes, wash and bake in their jackets. When cooked cut a small piece off top and bottom and scoop out some of the potato, preserving the shell whole. Break an egg into the hollow, add pepper and salt and a little grated cheese and finally a small piece of butter on top. Bake about ten minutes longer, or till eggs arc set.
