Prices Firm Another large catalogue was submitted to a full bench •of buyers at the sale held on August 12. Bidding was brisk and there was a particularly keen demand for good grades. Values improved for all grades in comparison with the previous sale and may be quoted firmer as follows: — Broken, par to 3d; milky, to lid; '.spotty bucks, par to sd; spotty does, par to 8d; winter bucks, par to sd; winter does, 4d to 19d; blood-stained grades, par to T4d per lb.
