Combined Meeting A combined meeting of St. Andrew’s Guild, P.W.M.U. and G.A. Was held in St. Andrew’s Church last week, 30 members attending. Apologies for absence wore received from Mesdames W. Mansou, E. Morris and D. Campbell. Sister Alice Townrow, travelling secretary for the P.W.M.U., was present and addressed the meeting. Miss S. Templeton was appointed assistant members’ secretary for the district of Wanaka. Prior to closing the meeting, which was presided over by Mrs C. Ironside, Miss Jopp thanked the guest of the evening for her very interesting adirees.
The date of the annual bring and buy sate was fixed for Frida;/, October 10.
