EUCHRE TOURNAMENT

The St. Joseph Church Committee’s fortnightly euchre tournament, held in the “Ambassadors ” last Wednesday evening, was well attended, and the winners for the evening were: —Ladies, Airs A. Atley; Mrs A. Curtis, runnerup; gentlemen, Air N. Munro; Air P. J. O’Connell, runner-up. Hostesses for the evening were Mesdames P. AlaeKenzie, R. J. Bennetts, Taylor and W. Edwards, Alisses E. Tavlor and P. Edwards.

A dainty supper served by the hostesses concluded a very happy and enjoyable evening.
