It’s all in a Day’s Work
Millions of soap bubbles cascade •down to the end of a huge, speciallybuilt chute, float upward and hoverin the air. Elaine Shepard, one of the Ziegfeld Girls featured in Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer’s “Ziegfeld Follies,”, stands in front of the chute gowned in a gorgeous white satin dress and wearing an elaborate crystal glass headpiece. Tests are being made for the mammoth finale of this all-star revue. The mass of bubbles quiver around her, forming a picturesque background. Suddenly a huge clustre of them breaks away from the rest, floats gracefully over Elaine’s head and bursts, “That’s what I like about making pictures,” Elaine comments, as she ■wipes the moisture from her'face and arms, “ it’s good, clean fun.” •y " -W*' 1 j4 ‘
