DANCE FOR VISITORS

I The Invercargill Club’s Junior UootIball team which played at Queenstown on Saturday was entertained that night at a dance arranged by the Wakatipu Rugby Sub-Union and was held in the Lower Shotover Hall. There was a fair number present, the visitors on arrival being piped into the hall by one of their team mates, Mr Mackenzie. Mr C. M. Inglis, president of the SubUnion welcomed the visitors and hoped that they had had an enjoyable weekend. Music for the dance was supplied by Mrs' Murphy, extras on the pipes being given by Mr Mackenzie. The M.C. was Mr S. Brown.
