VOLUNTARY FIRE BRIGADE
The annual meeting of the Arrow Voluntary Fire Brigade was held in Mr Thompson’s rooms on June 3. Those pjesent were —Messrs E. L. Thompson, W. Nairn, W. Adams, B. Fletcher, J. Shaw, J. Sanders and A. Snell. The minutes of the previous annual meeting were confirmed; Superintendent Thompson was re-elected Superintendent, Firman A. Snell re-elected •secretary, Firman Adams foreman, and Fireman Kitto deputy. The balance sheet was adopted.
It was resolved that 150 tickets for the Fireman’s Ball to be held on July 11, be procured. It was decided to invite the Clyde Brigade to the Ball. Arrangements for the Ball were made, and a vote of thanks to the ■chair terminated the meetirtg.
