RABBITSKIN SALE REPORT MARKET PAR TO FIRMER FOR MOST GRADES A large Catalogue was submitted to a full bench of Buyers at our Sale held to-day, and although competition was not keen, the prices remained firm for most grades on last sale’s values. Values in comparison with last sale may be quoed as follows; — Broken and Summer Grades on par, Autumn Grades being par to a shade easier, while Blood-stained Grades were firm. The following is the range of prices:-
Spotty Autumns to 124 d. Spotty Incomings to 130 d. Early Winters 124 d. to 161 d. Weevilly to 39d. 3rd Blacks to 72d. 2nd Blacks to 127 d. 3rd Fawns to 95d. 2nd Fawns to 134 d. Hareskins to 118 d. Red Deerskins ... to 4/-lb. Our Next Sale is Scheduled for 4th June, 1947. Skins to be in Store by 27th May. 20th May, i 1947.
