HELENSVILLE TOWN BOARD NOTICE is hereby given that at a special meeting of the Helensville Town Board held on Thursday, the 20th day of January, 1921, the following resolution was passed, and will be submitted for confirmation at a special meeting of the Board to be held on Thursday, the 17th day of February, 1921, at 7-15 p.m. at the Board Room. RESOLUTION. In exercise of the powers conferred on it by " The Town Boards Act, 1908," and in pursuance of all and every the other powers contained in any other Act en abling it in that behalf, the Helensville Town Board hereby makes, by special order, a by-law under " The Town Boards Act, 1908." The object and purport of the proposed By-law are:— (a) the amendment of Section. 5 of By-law No. 2 of the Helensville Town Board made on the first day of April, 1918, relating to the licensing o.f motor vehicles, and of persons driving same. (b) the regulation and control of motor traffic. V A full copy of this By-law is deposited at the Town Board's offices, Bridge street, Helensville, and is open to the inspection of the public during office hours uniil the 17th day of February next.
