The first fat stock sale since December 21 was held at the Westfield Yards yesterday. There were good yardings of all classes ot stock, and in some directions prices showed a weakening tendency. Unusually large numbers of sheep were penned, and prices Mied, particularly for ewes, reductionsof .3a. to 5s a head being recorded. Lambs were cheaper, selling from £1 Is for light prime to £1 13s 6d for the bast heavy prime. Bacon pigs sold at late rates. .
