GREAT INTEREST SHOWN.
The election yesterday of seven commissioners for the Helensville Town Board created an extraordinary amount of interest, and a record poll was the result. Motor cars were running around all day bringing people to vote, and very few electors were missed. Mr F. Y. Fosbroke was returning officer, Messrs Bridge and Curtis scrutineers, and Mr W. Taylor poll clerk, and in justice to these officials it must be stated they experienced a very busy day, and went their hardest to get the results out expeditiously. Following are the results : — O.
