PURSUANT of Section 9 of " The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913" notice is hereby given that the Helensville Town Board propos26 to raise a special loan of £5000 (a) The particular purpose for which the loan is required is to increase the storage capacity of the water supply for the Helensville Town District (b) The sum proposed to be borrowed for such purpose is £5000 (c) The proposed security is a special annually recurring rate of 7-10ths of Id in the pound on the rateable value of all rateable property in the said Town District, and the provision for repayment of the loan is that same shall bo repaid on a date 36J,<j years from the date of raising thereof (d) It is proposed to pay out of the loan the cost of raising the loan and the interest and sinking fund for the first year. (a) The partrcular purpose for which the loan is required is for installing an electrical lighting and power plant for the Helensville Town District. (b) The sum proposed to be borrowed for such purpo.se is £7000. («.••) The proposed security is a special annually recurring rate of one and onc-tliirty-second pence in the pound on the rateable value of all rateable property in the said Town District, and the provision for repayment of the loan is that same shall be repaid on a date not more than 36^ years from the date of raising thereof bearing interest at a rate not exceeding six pounds per centum per annum.
