HELENSVILLE v. KAUKAPAKAPA
Practically the last match af the seaSon bo far as the district is concerned was played between the above eleven at Kaukapakapa on Saturday last. In the1) first innings both teams went out very cheaply, the visitors gaining a lead of only seven runs. Kaukapakapa in the second innings couldn't get going, and were dismissed for 36 runs, of which Mr Extra contributed a third. It had been arranged to play till 4.39 and at that time Helensvill had lost seven wickets for 71 runs, thna winning the match rather easily. Luncheon and afternoon tea were partaken of by the visitors and local players, and in this connection the cricketers were - indebted to Mr C.
