Messrs Alfred Buckland and Sons, Ltd, report:—

At our last monthly Kunieu sale we had a full yarding, including some nice quality heifers from Messrs Reimers and Roche, Waimauku. There was a good demand, and practically everything changed hands. Dairy cows made from £8 10s to £15; springing heifers £6 10s to £10 15s; empty cows £5 to £7 10s ; calves £1 Is to £3 13s. - .-'

In conjunction with the N.A. Farmers' Co-op-Ltd., we held a clearing »ale a$ Mr W. Rennie's, Parkhurst. There was a large attendance, and satisfactory prices ruled. The best cows and' heifers sold at from £18 to £25 15s ; others £8 5s to £17 10s ; good calves £3 ; sows and litters £14 to £15 10s ; slips £4 to £41 55; farm gelding £34 10s,

At Mr T. Loughman's, Woodhill, buyers were numerous, the pigs especially being keenly sought after. The best cows a^d heifers brought from.
