The Kennedy Entertainers appeared in the Lyric Theatre on Thursday evening last, and well merited the appreciation shown them by the numerous audieifce present. Mr Keith Kennedy's violin selections quite captivated his hearers, who demanded encore after encore, all of which were obligingly given. The other artists were all responsible for refined, artistic work, and the show was, right through, one calculated to leave pleaßant memories of the artists and their work.

The mystery of " Who is No. 1?" deepens. Episode 3, " The Sea Crawler," is an episode of treasure ships, submarines and hand-to-hand conflict on the ocean bottom. Hale, the famous inventor, does not know why he is being attacked nor by whom. His enemies steal his new submarine, and a map showing the location of a sunken treasure ship. With the aid of Aimee (Kathleen Clifford), willing to risk her life, the Hales pursue in a super-submarine. At the treasure ship, Tommy Hale and his men don diving suits and leave the submarine. In a desperate underwater battle he is captured and imprisoned in the treasure ship which the T.T.T, plan to dynamite.— Everybody's Pictures next Tuesday.
