LECTURE AT PARAKAI

An interesting evening was held in the Parakai Hall on Monday, 18th inst., when Mr E. H. Pain, organiser of the Auckland Sunday School Union,-gave a display qf fine lantern pictures. The programme consisted of a series of pictures illustrating China and the Chinese. Very fjne examples of Chinese buildings, including temples, towers, etG., were shown.
