ELECTION OF DIRECTORS
At the annual meeting of Kaipara J-o-op. Dairy Factory Co.;-Ltd. held on Thursday last, the directors to retire by rotation were Messrs Jas. Hand, R O Gross, H. P. McLeod, and E. R. Monk All offered-themselves for re-election.' Iwo new candidates were Messrs T. Loughman and G. Mcßae.
