HELENSVILLE TOWN BOARD. NOTICE RE RATFS. THAT in terms of Section 35, Town Boards Act and its amendments thereto, the Rating Act 1908 and amendments the Board levy a General Rate of One Penny halfpenny (iHd) in the One Pound (£1) on all the rateable property on the Valuation Roll on July lOth, 1919, and that in terms of Section 35 Town Boards Act and its amendments theretOj the W>ard le^y a Hospital and Charitable Aidijjtate'of three-sixteenths (3-l6ths) oi onefpenny (Id) in the pound (£1) on all rat Jable property on the Valuation Roll on July lOth, 1919. These rates to cover period from the Ist day of April 1919, to 31st March 1920. That the Special Rates struck to provide interest and sinking fund on £10,000 Water and Drainage Loan 3,300 1,400 Kaipara Bridge „ remain as struck but that only an amount sufficient to meet requirements be collected as follows : £10,000 Water and Drainage Loan, one penny and one eighth in the £1. £3,300 Water and Drainage Loan, one farthing in the £1. £1400 Kaipara Bridge Loan, one fifth of one penny in the £1.
