Special Licensing Poll, 1919. PUBLrCNOTICE is hereby given that at the Licensing Poll, to be holden on loth April, the following Persons will be entitled to vote, although their names are not on the Electoral Roll, or have been ruled out on any Electoral Roll: Every returned member of the Expeditionary forces, whose, discharge does not take final effect until "after lOth April, provided such member produces to the Returning Officer his leave or status certificate. Every person including discharged members of the Expeditionary Forces (who can and does make before the Returning Officer, a declaration under Section 18, of the Legislature Amendment Act, 1914, either: (a) That this name was on the Roll specially printed for this Licensing Poll, and has been ruled out on that roll, or (b) That he was at the last election in the district in which he now tenders his vote on the roll of electors for such district and voted at that election and is still qualified to be enrolled as an elector of the district.
