The following letter (dated December 2) has been received from Mr Bickford, Hon. Financial Organiser :— To the Residents of Helensville District: I would like to place on record my sincere thanks for the most generous manner in which you have supported your local Executive, in response to my appeal for funds for the Red Cross. You will be pleased to hear that your County (Waitemata) at time of writing comes third on the «list of contributors for this campaign. Once more jthankinß you all for your liberal and most generous support.
